Patrick is one of only five NGH Board Certified Hypnotists in Oregon. His years of extensive training and experience are now available to you. Patrick's focus is on modern, reliable, and effective hypnosis techniques that provide rapid, real-world results.
Hypnosis Classes
Hypnosis classes are available in three formats:
Class sizes are kept very small, usually one-on-one, because this provides you the best results. Hypnosis is a science and art. Because of that, individual attention from an experienced hypnosis instructor gives you the edge you need to be your best. Practicing classroom skills is done directly with the instructor.
This builds excellent skill levels and confidence while allowing you to learn at the pace best suited to you. Patrick has the experience, patience, and sense of fun to make your training a great experience. While Patrick's education and experience in over 6,000 hypnosis sessions is more than enough to learn from, he offers you more. Guest speakers are brought-in to add depth and perspective to your hypnosis training.
Oregon is one of the few states that has no legal requirement to perform hypnosis. But, this hypnosis instruction exceeds the requirements for the states that do have legal standards.
Training Includes Sessions
Advanced and Full hypnosis classes with Patrick include hypnosis sessions. Patrick starts the first day of training with your personal hypnosis session, working on your current goals. There are more sessions as the training continues. This is one more point that makes Patrick's training invaluable and unique in Oregon. (You would be surprised how many professional hypnotists have never been hypnotized themselves)
Hourly Hypnosis Training
The Hourly hypnosis instruction program offers training comparable to other instruction offerings in Salem and Portland. This is a high quality one-on-one instruction period.
This class format allows us to customize the learning process to best fit your interests and goals. This is the perfect program for someone who wants to learn effective hypnosis and self-hypnosis for suggestion work.
Most people only require 4 to 6 hours of this powerful class time to be competent in hypnosis inductions, deepening and script creation. This is a level of training comparable to most instruction offerings in Salem and Portland.
Individual training is the only way to learn hypnosis because hypnosis is a combination of art AND science. As I’m sure you know, you cannot teach art in a one-size-fits-all fashion. Each person will mix their own personality into their techniques in order to be their most effective. To be personally coached and mentored puts you ahead of the curve.
As Patrick will tell people when they ask about his classes. If you are only interested in learning hypnosis as a informal curiosity there are many other classes out there in Oregon. If you want the best hypnosis techniques honed by thousands of hours of session time, the techniques that will make your sessions really work, there is no other option.

Advanced Hypnosis Training Course
The Advanced Training is for people who already know progressive relaxation inductions, direct suggestion, and basic hypnosis skills and are ready to learn more. This hypnosis training course teaches effective, real-world use of analytical hypnosis techniques. Processes that create rapid, measurable change. And an education that will give you a true edge.
This training is highly recommended if you plan to use hypnosis professionally. After Certification and Advanced training classes with Patrick, you will be ready for anything.

The Certification Training level exceeds qualification for membership in the 12,000 member strong National Guild of Hypnotists. After this class, you will be a hypnotist with an educational level well above most professional hypnotists. The Full Training Course includes the Advanced Training Course curriculum and materials.
